Travel Clinic
Travel vaccinations in line with latest regulations.
You need to fill out our travel forms and return them to reception in advance of having your immunisations. These can be printed off from the ‘Our Services’ page on this website. Reception or a Nurse will notify you about booking your appointment.
Please allow 6-8 weeks prior to travel for immunisations.

LCCG Position Statement Travel Vaccinations July 2018
Please find attached LCCG’s position statement on travel vaccinations. The purpose of the bulletin is to clarify which vaccinations may be provided on the NHS for the purposes of travel. Only selected vaccines are authorised to be provided on the NHS, but advice for travel vaccinations and/or malaria prophylaxis should be provided free of charge as part of essential services.

Asthma/COPD
Regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, inhaler techniques and medication.
Time: Every day with nurse Ruth – times vary.
Minor Illness Clinic
Nurse Practitioner Ruth can prescribe if necessary and is happy to see patients with the following symptoms. If you have long term condition, other than asthma and copd, you will need to see a GP. Asthma and COPD reviews can be booked with Ruth by phoning the surgery.

Diabetes Clinic
Shared care of diabetes in conjunction with the hospital Diabetic clinic.

Routine Childhood Imms from June 13
Times: 8 week immunisations every Thursday 12.15pm – 13.00pm. All other imms book an appointment at any time.
Phlebotomy
Clinic every morning for blood test requests from the Doctor.
Time: Book an appointment with Nurse Dawn.
Family Planning
Confidential advice on contraception including emergency contraception.
Time: Doctor or Nurse at any time. Book via reception.
